Brodie's Prime 4.9% ABV

I know it's a school night and we don't have a drink during school nights, but this is a bottle I kept to one side since drinking the beer last Friday night, knowing that I was probably going to add it to my blog. Brodie's Prime is a dark, rich, complex beer with a dry roasted edge which comes in the style of a porter, from chocolate malt, which is balanced by a surprising fruitiness from a medley of aromatic hops - First Gold, Fuggles, Bramling Cross and Cascade.

Verdict: 3.5/5
