After parking up next to a beautiful farmhouse in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, we were promptly welcomed by a lovely, friendly dog by the name of Molly. Molly saw us out of the car and introduced us to 'her' sheep, then pointed us in the correct direction to navigate a nearby cattle grid. Following her up to Tolls Barn, converted in 2005, we entered Wincle Brewery.
We returned in a different direction; along the 'Cat and Fiddle' into Buxton, shortening our journey back home nicely.
I must bear that route in mind for the future; after all, we'll definitely be returning, even if it's just for Molly's warm welcome.!
More to come soon...
