Bob just can’t get enough of the bells at All Saints. In fact, last summer, him and his good friend, Caroline (who also happens to be my cousin), went to have a little dabble at the old bell ringing malarkey.. I’ve got to be honest, it didn’t sound great, but nevertheless, they enjoyed themselves..
And so "Bob's Bells" was born. Brewed especially for The Wheatsheaf by Marstons, Bob's Bells is a 3.6% traditional session bitter, well balanced and very flavoursome. But more importantly, Bob and Irene are donating 10p from every pint sold towards Glossop Parish Church's bell tower renovation fund.
So get yourselves to The Wheatsheaf, for a proper pint, in a proper pub, and help make sure that the bells at All Saints keep pealing for many more years to come. You never know, you might even bump into Father Ian having a swift one!
