It pours well with a decent head, although it was a little cloudy in the glass. I'm not going to criticise the brewery for this though as the temperature in our garage (cool & dark) is probably only a few degrees above absolute zero.!!
Anyway... aroma-wise, there's hints of citrus along with a subtle spice that's intriguing and tempts you to taste.
The taste, initially at least, seems to be that of a traditional, full bodied bitter, but then you get the grapefruity and spicy notes coming through, with a nice, well balanced bitterness to finish.
A nice session ale and recommended.
